We are a team of 3 latin women with a cumulative 7 post-secondary degrees, 40+ years of hands-on expertise in the field of education and both immigrant & first generation lived experience. Our unique blend of academic, hands-on & lived experiences allow us to create holistic solutions to promote socioemotional strategies that support our clients in promoting language learning through an equity lens that very few organizations can offer.

KAREN "TULI" MALARIN (MS)

Founding Teacher

Tuli was born in California. She has a Masters in education from Johns Hopkins. Tuli has been teaching for 5 years and her experience ranges from preschool to 3rd grade in both English and Spanish. Tuli is passionate about project-based learning because it pushes her to connect her practice to the world.

GABY REVOLLO (MS)

Founding Teacher

Gaby was born in Bolivia. She obtained a bachelor's degree in Spanish and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Gaby has been teaching for the past 10 years in both English and Spanish. She has experience working and implementing different curriculums.

MONICA ARIAS (PHD)

Founding Teacher

Monica is a native of Venezuela. Monica has more than 18 years of experience in the field of education. Full experience in teaching Spanish as a second language and also in science. Monica has a diploma in educational techniques, a master's degree, and a PhD in science.

Juan Samperio (MS)

Teacher - Library Specialist - Tutor

Juan es nativo de Mexico. He has a Masters in Library and Informatio Science. Juan has been teaching for more than 12 years and his experience ranges from preschool to High School in both English and Spanish. Juan is passionate about reading.
